At Glow In Style Boutique, LLC, our desire is to provide every customer with quality clothing to enhance their GLOW and provide top-notch customer service. As we cater  to your fashion needs please know if any issue should arise we're here to resolve your issue.

Shipping
What carriers and services do we offer?
We partner with major shipping companies like USPS and UPS. We offer two shipping methods which differs in shipping time. You can choose from Standard Shipping or Expedited Shipping during the checkout process.

How long is the handling time between when an order is placed and when it will ship?
Once an order is placed, items are usually shipped within one to two  business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please keep in mind a pandemic could delay shipping as well. Glow in Style Boutique (GISB ) does not guarantee shipping times or dates as we are limited to our shipping partners delivery schedule and times.

Do orders need to be placed before a specific time?
No, orders can be placed online at any time.

Is there anywhere you don't deliver, like P.O. boxes, specific states or countries?
GISB will ship merchandise to anywhere USPS and UPS will deliver in or outside of the U.S.

Can I track my order?
Yes, orders can be tracked via our shipping partners websites with the tracking numbers given.

What will happen if I refuse to accept my delivery?
If the order is returned to us, once we have received it, we will refund all of your payment to you as long as the items aren't damaged. A restocking fee may apply.

Package Safety
Due to the pandemic (COVID-19) All of our packages are disinfected before shipping in order to make your packages safer and to ensure that the quality of the delivery is safe as well. 

Returns

How long does a customer have to return an item? A 30 Day Return Warranty will be implemented on all orders. Defective merchandise is subject to refund within 30 days after delivery if item arrived defective. Defects include, but are not limited to, zipper malfunction, rips or tears, stains, very poor quality material, obvious color difference, and a major difference between the photographed product and the actual product you receive.

What is the procedure for a return or exchange? How do customers contact you, and how long will the process take?
Returns / exchanges are allowed. GISB can be reached via our Contact Us email on our Contact Us page. Upon receipt of the returned items, the process usually will take no longer than 7 - 10 business days. A restocking fee may apply for returns

For a fast and smooth return process: 
  1. Tell us the problem with the product and provide the order number.
  2. Once we have received your email, we will reply to you within 24 hours. 
  3. Do not return your product before contacting a member of our Customer Service Team. A return address will be provided and any return or exchange will be processed once it has been received.
  4. Returned items must have a valid tracking number.

Return Policy 
  1. You may return items within 30 days after delivery. Just contact a member of our Customer Service Team by email and describe the problem or the reason for return. Include your order number.
  2. A returned product must be in the same condition as it was when you received it. It must not show signs of being worn or washed. The label should be attached to the merchandise.
  3. We are responsible, or partially responsible, for the following defects providing the item is returned within 30 days: stains, zipper malfunction, rips or tears, poor quality material, obvious color difference, and a major difference between the photographed product and the product that you received.
  4. We are not responsible for garments that do not fit, or that you do not like or have changed your mind about. You may return them but at your own cost.
  5. We will authorize the return once we have received your request and information.
  6. No exchange or return on promotional items and Swimwear.

Exchanges
Unfortunately due to the pandemic (COVID-19) we are currently unable to process exchanges. If you wish to have the same item, please place a new order to receive the item of your choice. We will refund you once we have received your original item.

Do you offer full refunds, exchanges, or store credit?
Yes.

Who pays to return items back to GISB?
The customer is responsible for returning items.
